Saloi Abou-Jaoude' Knickerbocker holds a Juris Doctor degree from Abraham Lincoln University School of Law (graduated Summa Cum Laude and Valedictorian of her Class, and received an award for Outstanding Services from the law school), and she holds an LLM (Masters of Law) degree (graduated with highest honors, Summa Cum Laude) in International Taxation and Financial Services from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law. Mrs. Knickerbocker holds a Bachelor Degree in Archoeology, and she has also completed all required courses for a Masters Degree in Archoeology. She is presently working on becoming an active member of the Lebanese Bar.
Mrs. Knickerbocker earned an ABA Accredited Paralegal Certificate, Litigation Specialist, in 1990, from the University of West Los Angeles School of Law. She has worked in the legal field since 1987 and has significantly contributed to both trial court and appellate briefs, in both State and Federal Courts, and assisted in a large number of complex cases and trials.
Mrs. Knickerbocker serves as the Administrator of the Knickerbocker Law Firm, and is a Member of the Association of Legal Administrators. She manages all aspects of the firm's practice; Chief Editor; Human Resoures Mangagement; General Management; Equipment; Facilities and Office Services Management; Financial Management; Information Technology; and Client Services.
Mrs. Knickerbocker Masters' Thesis focused on Shari'a Finance, in Shari'a Finance: Rapid Expansion with the Islamic Golden Age - Some International Legal and Taxation Implications in North America (United States and Canada) and the United Kingdom (2012).
Mrs. Knickerbocker has contributed to the authorship of 4 chapters of the most indispensable and up-to-
date publication on the market for understanding the final U.S. Treasury Foreign Account Tax
Compliance (FATCA) regulations, the LexisNexis Guide to FATCA Compliance (2013).
Mrs. Knickerbocker was also published in the prestigious international tax magazine, TaxTalk Magazine,
based in South Africa, January-February (2011) issue, in her Article titled Shari'a Finance: Rapid
Expansion with the Islamic Golden Age - Some International Taxation Implications.
